Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy describes the terms under which refunds, returns, replacements, and cancellations are processed for purchases and services made through Dhatuveda (the “Site”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By purchasing products or booking consultations through our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
We strive to ensure that all our Ayurvedic products and consultation services meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase or need to cancel a service, the following terms will apply.
Product Returns and Refunds
For physical products purchased through our website, you may request a return or replacement if the item delivered is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect. To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear proof such as photographs or videos of the issue. Products must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging.
Due to the nature of Ayurvedic and healthcare products, we do not accept returns or refunds for opened, used, or partially consumed items, or for products damaged due to improper handling or storage after delivery.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. In certain cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
Shipping charges, delivery fees, or cash-on-delivery charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled without any charge only if the cancellation request is made before the order has been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, return rules will apply after delivery.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent transactions, or unforeseen operational issues. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
Consultation Services (Dhatuveda Wellness)
Payments made for online or offline Ayurvedic consultations are used to reserve professional time and services. Therefore, consultation fees are generally non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.
However, you may reschedule your appointment at least 4 hours before the scheduled time without additional charges. Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
If we are unable to provide the consultation due to unforeseen circumstances from our side, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.
Refund Processing
All eligible refunds are processed through the original payment method used at the time of purchase, including Razorpay. Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. We are not responsible for delays caused by payment gateways or banks after the refund has been initiated.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for reasons including but not limited to dissatisfaction due to personal preference, incorrect product selection by the customer, minor packaging variations, delays caused by courier partners, or failure to attend scheduled consultations without prior notice.
